The location of the hotel, perched on a hill, offers beautiful views and a sense of seclusion, while still being just a short walk from the town center.

No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

The view from our cozy room was amazing, and the antique decor was just beautiful. The breakfast served every morning was quite good, especially the homemade pastries. We enjoyed on-site sauna and whirlpools during our stay - nothing like the relaxation after a long day of exploring! Underground parking was also a plus, and the friendly staff always helped us with our needs. The hotel was in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the old town.

The management was unprofessional and rude, which made our stay quite unpleasant. The sauna was only available until 8pm, but there was no mention of this on their website or any other communication with us. When we tried to use it after 7pm, we found out that it was already shut down and no one was around to assist us, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the milk offered for breakfast was low-fat and tasteless, not everyone's cup of tea. while the location and amenities were good, the management left much to be desired.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Trentino Alto Adige. I was stunned by the beautiful location of the hotel, situated up in the hills with a stunning view of the mountains. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide excellent service, even allowing me to check-in late at night without any issues. Lastly, I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast offered at this hotel. The freshly squeezed juices, in particular, were exceptional. From the refreshing taste of the freshly squeezed orange juice to the delightful burst of flavor from the strawberry juice, it was a breakfast to remember.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely flawless.

We had an amazing stay with great views over the city, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff. The hotel offers secure parking, a modern interior, and a nice breakfast spread. It was conveniently located near the highway, making transportation easy.

The hotel could provide better internet service, as the connection was unstable and the manager did not inform the guests when service was restored.
